Shanti M. Pepper, M.A.
Shanti M. Pepper has been a counselor, educator, and researcher for more than four years and is a recent addition to the CCPS consulting team. She provides individual counseling and works with groups as well as organizations to improve members' communication, leadership abilities, and multicultural competence. Shanti believes that a supportive, safe, and challenging environment is necessary for individuals and groups to explore intrapersonal and interpersonal conflict.
