Bennett Hoffman, B.A.

Bennett Hoffman's educational background includes a B.A. from the Pennsylvania State University in Industrial Psychology with continuing education and research in the areas of Adult Education, Group Process Theory, Organizational Development, and Leadership Development. He has 24 years of executive and operational management experience with an internationally recognized electronic component manufacturing company. As a senior executive, his company earned top supplier recognition with Lockheed Martin, Rockwell International, Siemans, & Westinghouse. He is currently the Director of Operations and the Lead Instructor and Facilitator for TeamWorks, Inc. and the TeamWorks Learning Center located at Tussey Mountain in Boalsburg, PA. TeamWorks, Inc. provides Organizational, Team, Leadership, Sales & Customer Service, Coaching, Continuous Improvement training and development services for a wide range of clients. Since 2003, Bennett has provided continuous improvement training and facilitation services for internationally recognized companies, including the Honda Motor Corporation and AccuWeather. In addition, he has been instructing and facilitating programs in the areas of experiential learning, organizational, leadership, and team development for the Pennsylvania State University since 1996.

Bennett's background in organizational development, job coaching, experiential learning, has given him the opportunity develop systems that will assist organizations in not only in the "bottom line," but grow and function as a team. He has designed developmental systems that assist Executives, Managers, Mid-Level Managers, Supervisors, & Employees in meeting organizational objectives. Based on the assessed needs of the client, has coached leaders to utilize training initiatives to help their clients reach their greatest potential. He has utilized the following tools to facilitate goals of organizations: case studies, interaction, experiential activities, simulations, role playing, coaching & development.
