Daniel L. Boutin, Ph.D.
As a rehabilitation consultant, Daniel L. "Dan" Boutin has assisted hundreds of individuals in their efforts to return to work after being displaced because of illness and disability. Dan recognizes that operating a place of business is dependent on maintaining qualified personnel with or without disabilities. He has worked with Fortune 500 companies and small businesses across the nation to ensure that these organizations remain competitive through employee absence management programs. He is trained in individual and group counseling, psychological principles, vocational aspects of disability, and research methods and analyses. In addition to evaluating return-to-work programs for the insurance industry, he is active researching the effects of counseling with various disability populations.
